Our bags are packed....

In a few hours we will finally be off on our European trip, so look out!

I'm Excited (we both are)

Just nine more sleeps before we get on the big aeroplane and fly to the UK. Havent yet packed, however lists are being made as we speak.

All accommodation has now been finalised so we dont have to "sleep in shoe box int middle of road" when we get to London. We will be staying at Brecknock Road, Kentish Town. Just one stop from Camden Town on the Northern Line. We now get to London on Friday 18 May so that we have a Sat night to put on our best frocks and hit the town.

Tickets for the Chelsea Flower Show have been obtained (thank you Colin) so an exciting day out there is planned for Tues 22 May.

Change to date of arrival in London

Hi all you Londonites, We have ammended our travel plans to include a weekend in the big smoke so we can go out raging! We will now be arriving into London on Fridat 18th May. I would like to revisit Heaven and then maybe on to CRASH at Vauxhall...from there..who knows!

All is good here in Perth, summer is still lingering with us, 27 degrees today and 37 (again) by the weekend. This will be perfect Easter weather for hearing Groove Armada outdoors at Freo Arts Centre on Thursday night. Have a happy and safe Easter.

A wee bit about Jim & Monty and Maison Nollamara

Hello and welcome to 'Maison Nollamara' the blog documenting the life and times of Jim & Monty. Maison Nollamara is located in the Perth suburb of Nollamara (which is the Aboriginal name for Red Kangaroo Paw, a species of flora unique to the locale). The region is home to more that 40 wineries, many of which are still run by the original families who established them many years ago. If you enjoy nature and want to immerse yourself in natural Australian bushland, then a visit to the Perth hills is a must. The area has rolling hills and valleys of native bushland, wineries and orchards, and it is perfect if you enjoy bushwalking and hiking - no where else has such amazing views over the Perth.
